Description

I've been a bit busy after Christmas, but I'm back now xD
This is for whole-wheat's contest! I haven't designed an utau for ages, but colorful designs are right up my alley so I thought I'd give it a go.^^

I'm gonna cut to the chase. I've had this lovely voicebank by tsunyandere and oto'd by ryan-kun12 and I was like "but how do I design it????" 
Well HERE WE ARE NOW, HUH?!
Anyways!!
Contest Goal: To design an UTAU based off of the voice samples given below.  Muse Smile Icon

The journal isn't working, can someone give me a link to her voice or simply her name so i can hear whatever the utau sounds like, and see if this was the design for the final?
